To keep our servers running smoothly and securely for everyone, we use an automatic storage cleanup system. If you do not actively log in and manage your account for a long time, your generated clips will eventually be automatically deleted.
Here is exactly how long your clips are safely stored based on your current subscription plan:
- Free Plan: Your clips are kept on our servers for 14 days.
- Premium Plan: Your clips are safely stored for an extended period of 90 days.
Please Note: Once this time period has passed, your unused clips are permanently removed from our system and cannot be recovered. We highly recommend downloading your favorite highlights to your personal computer or cloud storage so you never lose them!
