Currently, the option to manually rename your generated clips inside the Eklipse dashboard is not available yet. By default, Eklipse automatically generates titles for your clips based on the game played and the type of highlight detected (for example, “Valorant_Ace” or “Fortnite_Elimination”).
The good news? It’s on our roadmap! #
We know how important organization is for creators, especially when managing dozens of highlights from a long stream. The ability to rename your clips is already in our active development plans and will be added in a future update!
Have a specific idea for this feature? #
We build Eklipse for creators, and your feedback directly shapes our updates. If you have suggestions on how the naming or folder organization system should work, we would love to hear from you.
Please reach out and drop your suggestions in our Discord community. We truly appreciate your patience as we continue to improve Eklipse!
Workaround: Add Custom Titles in Studio #
While you can’t rename the raw file in your library just yet, you can easily add custom Text Overlays to your video using the Eklipse Studio. This is a great way to label your clips visually before exporting them to TikTok or Shorts!
