Because Eklipse processes thousands of hours of gameplay every single day, we use temporary cloud storage for the clips generated from your streams.
The amount of time your clips are safely stored in your playlist depends on your current subscription plan:
- Free Plan: Clips are stored for 14 days from the day they are generated.
- Premium Plan: Clips are stored for an extended 90 days from the day they are generated.
What happens when the time expires? #
Once a clip reaches its expiration date, it will be permanently deleted from our cloud servers to free up space. Because we cannot recover deleted clips, we highly recommend downloading your favorite highlights to your local device or exporting them directly to your social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels) before their time is up!

Don’t let your best plays disappear! If you aren’t ready to edit and post your clips to social media just yet, make sure to click the Download button in your Library to save the raw MP4 file directly to your computer or phone.
