You will be happy to hear that no, you do not need to stay on the page or keep your computer on! Because Eklipse is a cloud-based AI platform, all the heavy lifting happens on our secure servers, not on your local device’s hardware.
What happens after you click process #
Once you submit your stream URL or upload your video and the “Processing” status begins, our AI completely takes over. At this point, you are entirely free to:
- Navigate away to other pages on Eklipse.
- Close your internet browser completely.
- Shut down your computer and go to sleep.
Our AI will continue working continuously in the background. You don’t have to worry about losing your progress! As soon as your highlights are fully generated and ready for you, we will send you an email notification so you can jump back in and start editing.
Mobile App Syncing #
Because your processing happens in the cloud, you can start processing a 4-hour stream on your desktop PC, shut it down, and then review the finished clips hours later using the Eklipse Mobile App on your phone!
