Payment and Subscription Terms
Some services provided by Eklipse require payment. For these services, we will automatically charge you periodically (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account payment settings on our website. Simply log in to your Account, navigate to Membership, then Premium Plan, and select Cancel Subscription.
For mobile app users, kindly navigate to your Profile, select Subscription, and then proceed to Cancel Premium. This action will redirect you to your device’s settings, where you can unsubscribe accordingly. Additionally, if you have subscribed to the Premium Plan via Google Play, please be advised that any cancellation or refund is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by Google Play.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for any fees already paid. This includes refunds for service-related issues or discrepancies in performance. If you experience an error during the purchase process—such as payment processing issues, signal interruptions, or transaction failures—that affects the status of your premium subscription, please contact our customer support team ([email protected]) for assistance. If you decide to stop your subscription, ensure that you verify your cancellation status via the Eklipse website, app, or through the respective payment processors (PayPal powered by Braintree, Google Play, Apple Store, or your credit card provider) to avoid unwanted recurring payments.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered.
Refunds are not available for user errors, dissatisfaction with the AI results if they meet the described functionalities, or if you have violated our Terms of Service.
Subscription through PayPal, Credit Card, or Braintree
For users who purchased via credit card, PayPal powered by Braintree, or existing users using PayPal, if you need assistance with canceling your subscription, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] for guidance. Please note that canceling your subscription will not result in a refund of any fees already paid. We do not provide refunds for the remaining period of your subscription or for any fees already charged, including unused days, unused services, or early termination of the subscription.
Subscription through App Store or Google Play
If you subscribe to the Premium services through the App Store or Google Play, your cancellation and refund will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you cancel, you will retain access to the Premium Plan until the current subscription period concludes.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment, Refund, and Fees policy at any time. Changes will be effective as of the date of the update. We will notify you of any significant changes through our platform.
