Because Eklipse runs entirely in the cloud, our AI will continue working in the background the moment your video starts processing. You are completely free to leave the page, close your browser tab, or continue with other activities while the system does the heavy lifting.
How will I know when it’s done? #
You don’t need to keep checking back. Once our AI has finished processing your stream or video and your highlights are ready to view, we will automatically send you a notification. You can then log back in at any time to review, edit, and share your clips!
Check your email! #
Make sure your account email address is up to date. We will send an automated email notification directly to your inbox the exact moment your VOD finishes processing and your clips are ready to be edited.
