A black or blank Schedule Post screen has two common causes. Check them in this order, because the first one is far more common and no amount of refreshing will fix it.
1. Check Whether Your Plan Includes Scheduling #
Schedule Post is a Premium feature. If your plan does not include it, the view is locked and on some devices it opens as a black screen instead of showing an upgrade prompt. Check your plan under Account Settings > Premium Plan.
More detail: Is scheduling available in the free plan, or only in Premium?
2. If You Are on Premium, Check Your Connection #
With scheduling active on your account, a black screen is usually a temporary server or network error.
1. Refresh the page or app. This clears most temporary server or network issues.
2. Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable.
3. Try scheduling the post again.
