This section outlines the terms of service of Eklipse services. Please read these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy carefully before you access or use Eklipse services. By accessing or using Eklipse site and services, you agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Website or our Services.
Description of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you are agreeing that (i) you are 13 years of age or older, (ii) you comply with and be legally bound by these terms as well as our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of the Service and terminate your Account if you already registered.
You agree that for purposes of advertising dan marketing, all of your videos processed by Eklipse, Eklipse may use them at any time and in its sole discretion, including without limited, cut-ups, or trailers as “promotional assets”.
Your Account
Account Information
In order to use some features of the Service, you will have to sign up for an account with a username and a valid email address. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and must ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your device and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You agree that we may access, preserve and disclose your account information and your Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms; (c) respond to a claim that your Content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond if you contact us; or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company, Users and the public.
Premium and Additional Service
New User: If you use Eklipse for free, you’ll get 30 minutes of YT credits every month, which renew at the start of each month.
Premium Plan:
Starting from January 2024, we will be introducing a new simplified plan.
We offer a premium plan option for $19.99 per month or $149.99 per year. With this plan, you will receive 600 minutes of paid YT Upload Credits every month. If you start with the monthly subscription, you can always switch to the annual subscription and receive 7200 minutes of YT Upload Credits upfront.
If you need more credits than what is currently offered, upgrading to our premium subscription will unlock access to additional plans for more YT Upload Credits. Free users do not have access to purchasing additional credits beyond the base premium plan.
Premium Price Lock-in:
For all users Premium and Premium+ YouTube subscribers who have upgraded during our promotion period (Dec. 15 – Dec. 31, 2023), you receive the same benefits offered to new Premium members. Your current pricing will be maintained upon your next renewal. Monthly subscribers will receive 600 minutes per month, and annual subscribers will receive 7200 minutes upfront.
Please note: This upgrade will take effect in the next billing cycle for monthly subscriptions and will be active starting January 2nd for annual subscriptions. For more information, check out our help page.
Additional plan for YT Credits:
We also offer additional options for YT Upload Credits. This service is only available for premium user and can be customized to suit your needs. Starting at $39.98 per month, you will receive a total of 1200 minutes of YT Upload Credits. If you prefer an annual plan, you can save 37% at $299.98 per year, where you will receive a total of 14400 minutes of YT Upload Credits.
If you need even more credits than what is currently offered, you can buy extra credits by contacting us.
Expiration and renewal
Monthly YT Upload Credits is valid for 60 days, while annual YT Upload Credits is valid for 12 months, and you can always check your remaining credit on your dashboard. If you choose an annual plan, you will instantly receive all available credit and can use it right away.
Your subscription will automatically renew every month or year, depending on the plan you choose. If you run out of credit, you can top up by purchasing a new plan or additional plans for YT Upload Credits.
When you purchase a new plan or adjust an existing one, the old plan will be canceled, and any remaining credits from the old plan will be transferred to the new plan. However, please note that your older remaining credits will expire within 60 days for monthly plans and 12 months for annual plans. Upon renewal with your new plan, these remaining credits will be renewed with a new expiration date and an updated credit limit. This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
