If your scheduled post shows a black screen, check the cause in this order.
First, Check Your Plan #
Schedule Post is a Premium feature. If your plan does not include scheduling, the screen is locked and can open black rather than showing an upgrade prompt. None of the steps below will help until Premium is active. Check under Account Settings > Premium Plan, or see Is scheduling available in the free plan, or only in Premium?
If You Are on Premium, Isolate the Platform #
Schedule separately for each platform. Post the same clip individually to TikTok, YouTube, or your other accounts instead of all at once. This shows you whether the issue is specific to one platform.
Check your Content Publisher. Look at each scheduled post to see where the black screen appears. If it only happens on one platform, you have isolated the problem.
Reconnect the affected account. Social platforms expire their access tokens periodically, which can leave the publisher unable to load that account.
