For subscriptions started on mobile (iOS or Android), you must use your device’s settings to cancel or manage your Eklipse Premium subscription.
On iOS (Apple):
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top, then tap on Subscriptions.
3. Find Eklipse in the list to manage your plan.
On Android (Google):
1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your Profile Icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Find Eklipse in the list to manage your subscription.
Important Billing & Cancellation Info #
- Billing: Your App Store or Google Play account is typically charged 24 hours before your current subscription period ends.
- Access After Cancellation: Your Premium features will remain active until the end of the paid period, even after you cancel.
- Deleting the App Does Not Cancel: Removing the Eklipse app from your device will not cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above.
