As a Premium user, you automatically receive priority processing. This means your account skips the standard queue, and your uploads and clips should finish much faster than those of Free users.

However, even with priority status, processing can occasionally slow down due to a few external factors:

• High Server Traffic: If thousands of users are uploading or processing massive clips at the exact same time, it can temporarily bottleneck our servers.
• Massive File Sizes: Very long streams (e.g., 8+ hours) or extremely large file sizes take the AI more time to scan and render.
• System Maintenance: We may be running temporary system updates or maintenance to improve the platform.

What should you do? #

Try refreshing your dashboard after a few minutes to check if the clip has completed processing in the background.
