It can be super frustrating to finish a great stream, upload your VOD, and realize that no clips were generated! If your stream processed but no highlights were pulled, the most common reason is that the game you were playing is on our Premium tier.
How the Game Tiers Work #
While Eklipse supports a massive library of games for all users, certain high-demand, newly released, or resource-heavy games are “paywalled.” This means that the AI will only actively process and generate clips for those specific games if you are currently subscribed to an Eklipse Premium Plan.
If you are on the Free plan and stream a Premium-exclusive game, the system will not be able to process those highlights for you.
How to check if your game is Free or Premium #
To avoid any wasted time, we highly recommend checking your main games in our directory before you stream! You can easily search for your game and see whether it is supported for Free users or reserved for Premium users by checking our official list here: 👉 View the Supported Games Directory
Mixing Free and Premium Games? #
If you play a mix of games during a single stream (e.g., you start with a Free game and switch to a Premium game), the Free plan will only generate highlights from the Free game portion of your VOD. The Premium game footage will be skipped until you upgrade!
