Yes, you absolutely can! Just because a stream is hidden from the public doesn’t mean it’s lost. Private streams on Eklipse are automatically saved to your account securely.
How to download your private stream #
- Once your private stream ends, go to your Library on the main Eklipse dashboard.
- Navigate to the Streams tab.
- Locate your recent private broadcast. From here, you will be able to watch, clip, or download the full recording directly to your device!
Give it a minute! #
Just like a public stream, it might take a few minutes after you hit “stop streaming” for the final VOD to finish processing and appear in your Library. If you don’t see it immediately, grab some water and refresh the page!
