Here is a full breakdown of your daily upload limits based on your current plan:
Free Plan: #
- You can process a maximum of 1 stream per day.
- The maximum stream duration you can process daily is up to 2 hours.
Premium Plan: #
- You can process up to 3 streams per day.
- The total accumulated duration limit is 12 hours per day (for example, you could comfortably process three 4-hour streams).
What happens when I run out? Once your daily limit is reached, the system will prevent you from uploading or processing new videos. You don’t need to buy extra credits—you simply need to wait until the next day for your processing limits to automatically reset!
Hitting the wall too fast? #
If you regularly stream for more than 2 hours at a time, your VODs will be cut short on the Free plan! Upgrading to Premium unlocks up to 12 hours of processing time every single day, so you never lose a great moment.
