We understand that circumstances change and you may need to adjust your subscription! However, as outlined in our official Terms and Conditions, we are unable to issue refunds for subscriptions that have already been paid.
Once a billing cycle has processed (whether it is a monthly, semi-annual, or annual plan), that payment is final. This policy helps us maintain the massive server costs required to run our AI clipping engines for all creators.
What you can do instead #
While we cannot refund the current payment, you have full control over your future billing. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time to ensure you are not charged again when your current cycle ends.
If you choose to cancel, you will still keep all of your Premium perks, credits, and features until the very last day of the billing cycle you already paid for!

Cancel Before Your Renewal Date! #
Eklipse Premium subscriptions auto-renew by default. If you do not wish to be charged for the next month or year, please make sure you cancel your subscription in your Account Settings before your next billing date hits.
