We know how frustrating it is to pay for an upgrade and not see it immediately! Usually, this is just a brief syncing delay between our servers and the payment provider.
Follow these steps to unlock your Eklipse Premium features based on where you purchased your subscription:
1. Refresh Your Account (Web/Desktop): If you purchased via the website, try forcing a sync with our servers. Simply log out of your Eklipse account and log back in. This will usually instantly refresh your account status to Premium.
2. Restore Your Purchase (Mobile App):If you purchased Premium from your mobile device (App Store or Google Play Store), follow these steps:
- Go to your phone’s App Store or Play Store and verify that your subscription is in a “running” status (not canceled or pending).
- Open the Eklipse App and navigate to the Purchase Screen.
- Click the Restore button located at the bottom of the screen to manually sync your app store receipt with our servers.
3. Reprocess Existing Clips: Remember: Upgrading to Premium does not retroactively edit old videos. If you want to apply Premium benefits (like 1080p resolution and no watermarks) to clips made before subscribing, you must open them in the AI Studio and reprocess/re-export them.
