Don’t Panic, Your Stream is Safe. #
If your stream status says “Processing” for a long time, it usually means our AI servers are experiencing high traffic. Your video is safely in the queue and will be processed.
However, there are two main reasons for delays: System Status or Queue Priority.
1. Check Eklipse Live Status
Before troubleshooting, check if there is a system-wide outage or maintenance.
- Refresh your dashboard to update the status.
- If the status is “Processed”, the delay is likely due to queue traffic.
- If stuck for over an hour, re-import or contact support.
2. Understanding the AI Queue (Why am I waiting?)
Processing video requires heavy GPU power. To manage this for thousands of streamers, we use a tiered queue system:
- Standard Queue (Free Plan): Free users share a massive pool of GPU resources. During peak gaming hours (weekends or evenings), thousands of streams enter this queue at once. If you are on the Free plan, your stream is processed in a “First Come, First Served” order.
- Priority Queue (Premium Plan): Premium members bypass the standard line and get access to dedicated high-speed GPU servers. This ensures their streams are processed first, even during peak traffic.
3. Estimated Wait Times
| Plan Type | Normal Traffic | Peak Traffic (Weekends) |
| Premium | 10 – 30 Minutes | < 2 Hours |
| Free | 2 – 4 Hours | 12 – 24 Hours |
4. When should I contact support?
If your stream has been stuck for more than 24 hours (Free) or more than 4 hours (Premium), please contact our support team. The file might have encountered a rare fetching error.
