If you received zero AI highlights, it’s typically due to a critical issue in the setup or the stream itself. Check the following:

• Is your VOD public? The AI cannot access private or subscriber-only VODs.
• Is your account properly connected? Double-check your Twitch connection in your Eklipse account settings.
• Was the VOD too short or had no action? If a stream was very short or had extended periods with no audio or visual changes, the AI may not have found anything to clip.
• Did the process fail? Check the status of the process in your dashboard to see if it reported an error.
