When a publish failure occurs, Eklipse provides clear diagnostics to help you resolve the issue.
You can find the specific error message directly in your Content Publisher. The failed post will be marked with a red “Failed” status. Click on it to see the reason provided by the social media platform.
Common reasons for failure include:
- Disconnected Social Media Account: The most common issue. Your connection may need to be refreshed.
- Platform-Specific Content Validation: The video may not meet the platform’s rules (e.g., it’s too long for YouTube Shorts, or the format is incorrect).
- Exceeding Platform API Limits: Posting too frequently in a short period can sometimes cause a temporary block.
