If your upgrade is failing to process, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps first?
- Clear your cache: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or try opening Eklipse in an Incognito or private browsing window.
- Switch browsers: Try logging in using a completely different browser (for example, Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) to rule out any ad-blockers or extension conflicts.
- Check your card limits: Make sure your payment method has a sufficient balance and is officially authorized by your bank to support international transactions (since Eklipse processes payments globally).
After trying these steps, head back to the Premium Page and try subscribing again.
