If your account fails to connect or keeps disconnecting, it’s usually due to an expired or revoked access token from your social media platform.
To fix it:
- Go to the “Connected Account” tab in “Account Settings” and disconnect the account that’s having issues.
- Reconnect your account to Eklipse by following the login and authorization steps again.
This refreshes your access token and restores a secure connection, which typically resolves the problem immediately.
