It can be incredibly stressful to see a charge on your bank statement but not have access to your Premium features! Don’t worry—your payment is not lost.
Occasionally, when you purchase a subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store, there can be a slight delay in the system syncing your payment with the Eklipse servers. If you made your purchase on the Eklipse Mobile App and your status still says “Free,” you can quickly fix this by forcing the app to refresh your receipt.
How to restore your Premium purchase on Mobile: Please give this quick troubleshooting step a try on your end:
- Open the Eklipse mobile app and ensure you are logged into your account.
- Navigate to the “Get Premium” or subscription upgrade page within the app.
- Scroll down and look right below the main ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
- On the right-hand side, you will see a “Restore” button. Tap it!
Hitting this button tells the app to double-check your Apple or Google account for any recent Eklipse payments and will immediately apply the Premium status to your profile.
Check Your App Store Login! #
For the Restore button to work, your phone must be logged into the exact same Apple ID or Google Play Store account that was originally used to make the purchase. If you have multiple accounts on your phone, double-check your store settings first!
