If your recent stream isn’t appearing in your Eklipse dashboard, don’t panic! This is usually caused by a quick setting on your streaming platform.
Follow these three steps to ensure your VODs appear automatically, ready for clipping with Eklipse:
1. Enable VOD Storage #
Make sure your platform is actually saving your streams after you go offline.
- Twitch: Go to Settings > Stream and turn on “Store past broadcasts.”
- Kick: You are good to go! VOD storage is enabled by default.
- YouTube: Go to your Content Settings and ensure your Stream Visibility is set to Public.
2. Make sure VODs are Public #
Eklipse needs to be able to “see” your video to scan it for highlights. We cannot access subscriber-only, private, or unpublished VODs.
3. Allow Processing Time #
After your stream ends, it won’t appear instantaneously. It can take a few minutes (up to 30 minutes) for your VOD to sync and appear on your Eklipse dashboard.

Patience is Key! #
If you just ended your stream two minutes ago, your VOD is likely still rendering on Twitch or YouTube’s end. Wait about 30 minutes, refresh your Eklipse dashboard, and your stream should appear.
Are your settings fixed? #
If you have updated your VOD settings and waited for the processing time, head back to your Eklipse homepage to check if your stream has synced.
