My VOD is public, but the AI Highlight process failed or seems stuck. What are the common causes?

AI clipping can fail during VOD processing due to:

  1. VOD length limits: Twitch and Kick allow up to 6 hours; YouTube up to 12 hours. Longer VODs cause failure.
  2. Incomplete VOD processing: Twitch or YouTube may still be rendering the VOD. Wait 30 minutes after streaming before clipping.
  3. Temporary platform or connection issues: Network glitches can interrupt processing.

Understanding these helps ensure smooth AI highlight generation.
