Stream processing failed? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Most processing failures happen for a few clear and easily fixable reasons:
- Private or Deleted VOD: Eklipse can only process public VODs. If your Twitch, Kick, or YouTube VOD was deleted, set to private, or marked as unlisted, our AI cannot access it and the processing will fail.
- Expired Account Connection: Security tokens don’t last forever! Your authorization to your streaming platform may have expired. Without an active connection, Eklipse can’t securely access your VODs.
- VOD Too Long: Extremely long streams (over 8 hours depending on your current plan limits) can sometimes cause the system to time out or fail.
How to quickly fix a processing failure #
- Re-submit: If the process failed due to a temporary server glitch, simply try re-submitting the video.
- Reconnect Your Account: Go to your Account Settings > Connections, disconnect your streaming platform, and then reconnect it to refresh your authorization token.
- Check Privacy Settings: Double-check your streaming platform to make sure your current and future VODs are set to public.
- Reach Out: If it still fails after trying these steps, contact our support team at [email protected]—we’ll help you troubleshoot the issue and get your clips ready fast!
The Number One Fix! #
90% of processing failures are caused by an expired account connection! If you changed your Twitch or YouTube password recently, your Eklipse connection was automatically revoked. Reconnecting your account usually fixes the issue instantly!
