Stream processing failed? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Most failures happen for a few clear reasons:
1. Private or Deleted VOD: Eklipse can only process public VODs. If your Twitch, Kick, or YouTube VOD was deleted, private, or unlisted, processing will fail.
2. Expired Account Connection: Authorization to your platform may have expired. Without reconnecting, Eklipse can’t access your VODs.
3. VOD Too Long: Extremely long streams (over 8 hours for some plans) can sometimes fail.
Quick fix: #
• Go to Account Settings > Connections, disconnect, and reconnect your streaming platform.
• Make sure future VODs are public.
