Don’t panic! If you were charged for an Eklipse Premium subscription but your account still shows as a Free user, there is usually just a brief syncing issue between the payment processor and our servers.
Your account is totally safe, and your funds are not lost. Here is how to quickly fix this issue depending on what device you are using:
If you are on the Mobile App #
You can force the app to recognize your payment by restoring your purchase.
- Open the Eklipse mobile app and navigate to the Get Premium page.
- Look just below the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- Tap the Restore button located on the right-hand side. This will ping the app store and instantly activate your Premium status!
If you are on a PC / Web Browser #
Web browser purchases cannot be restored using a button. If your Premium status is missing on PC, please reach out directly to our Customer Support team via our official Discord server. Our team will verify your payment and manually activate your Premium status right away!
