Currently, native two-factor authentication (2FA) is not available directly within your Eklipse account settings.
However, you can still easily protect your Eklipse account using 2FA! Because Eklipse uses Single Sign-On (OAuth) through major platforms, the best way to secure your Eklipse account is to enable 2FA on your connected login service.
How to secure your account today #
Instead of creating a standalone Eklipse password, most users log in using their connected streaming or social accounts. To ensure your Eklipse account is fully protected, simply turn on 2FA for the platform you use to log in:
- Twitch: Go to your Twitch Security settings and enable 2FA.
- Google: Turn on 2-Step Verification in your Google Account security panel.
- Apple (iOS): Ensure Two-Factor Authentication is active for your Apple ID.
By securing your parent account (Twitch, Google, or Apple), you automatically create a 2FA barrier for your Eklipse account as well.
🛡️ Pro Security Tip #
We highly recommend using a connected login service (like Twitch, Google, or Apple) rather than an email/password combo. Not only is it faster, but it leverages the world-class security and 2FA systems of those major platforms to keep your Eklipse data completely safe.
Check Your Login Methods #
Review which services you have connected to your Eklipse account and ensure your primary login method is secured on its native platform.
