Whether you have a local recording saved to your hard drive or a VOD from a platform we don’t automatically sync with, you can easily process it by manually uploading the file to Eklipse!
Follow these simple steps to import your stream:
- Initiate the Import: Click the Import Stream button, which you can find on either your main Home dashboard or inside your Library.
- Check File Requirements: Before you upload, ensure your video meets our system limits. The file must be between 15 minutes and 4 hours in length, in MP4 format, and strictly under 10GB in size.
- Review Your Credits: Keep in mind that each manual video upload will consume 1 credit from your account balance.
- Wait for Processing: Once the upload is complete, sit back and relax! Our AI will begin processing the video to find your best highlights.
Format Check! #
If your upload fails, double-check your file! It must be an MP4. If your recording software (like OBS) saves files as MKV or MOV, you will need to remux or convert them to MP4 before uploading to Eklipse.
