If the AI processed your stream but generated highlights that seem completely off (or none at all), it might be because it thought you were playing a different game.
Why does this happen? #
Eklipse heavily relies on the game category metadata sent by your streaming platform (Twitch, Kick, YouTube). If you started streaming Valorant but your Twitch category was still set to Just Chatting from your previous stream, the AI applies the wrong detection model and misses the in-game action.
How to Fix It (The Resubmit Tool) #
Don’t worry, you can easily tell the AI to try again using the correct game model!
- Open the Stream: Go to your Eklipse Library and open the processed stream that has the wrong game listed.
- Tap Resubmit: Look for the “Resubmit” button located at the top of the screen and click it.
- Select the Correct Game: A pop-up window will appear. Click the dropdown menu, search for the actual game you were playing, and select it.
- Confirm: Click confirm to submit your request.
The AI will now completely reprocess your VOD from scratch using the correct detection model. Your new, accurate clips will be ready in your dashboard shortly!
How to Prevent This in the Future #
To ensure the AI always catches your best moments on the first try, make a habit of updating your Stream Info (Title and Game Category) in your Twitch/Kick dashboard or your streaming software before you hit the “Start Streaming” button.
Ready to try again? #
Head over to your video library right now to resubmit your stream with the correct game category.
