You can easily customize which alerts you receive directly from your desktop dashboard or the Eklipse mobile app.
💻 On Desktop (Web Browser) #
- Click the Bell icon located at the top of your dashboard.
- Click the Gear icon inside the dropdown menu to open your Notification Settings.
- Toggle on your preferred notifications. (Note: The switch will turn purple when active).
📱 On the Mobile App (iOS & Android) #
On the mobile app, you have two quick ways to access your notification preferences:
Method 1: From the Homepage
- Tap the Bell icon on the top menu of the home screen.
- Tap the Gear icon to open your Notification Settings.
- Turn on your preferred notifications. (Note: The switch will turn yellow when active).
Method 2: From App Settings
- Open your profile menu and go to Settings → App Settings.
- Tap on Notification.
- Turn on your preferred notifications. (Note: The switch will turn yellow when active).
Did it save? Check the color! #
Eklipse uses different colors across devices to show that a notification setting is active. If you are on a computer, the active switch will be Purple. If you are on the mobile app, the active switch will be Yellow.
