Sometimes you just want to test your audio, check your overlays, or record a gaming session without broadcasting it to the entire world. You can easily do this using Eklipse’s private streaming option!
(Note: Private streaming is an exclusive feature available for Eklipse Premium users only.)
Steps to start a private stream #
- Open your Dashboard: Navigate to the Live Streaming section on your main Eklipse dashboard.
- Change Visibility: Choose Private Stream as your visibility option before you hit the button to go live.
- Start Streaming: Start your stream as usual! The broadcast will only be visible to you, and once you are finished, the final VOD will automatically appear in your Library so you can review it or generate clips.
Premium Feature #
If you do not see the “Private Stream” option available in your visibility settings, it means your account is currently on the Free tier. You must upgrade to Eklipse Premium to unlock private streaming capabilities!
