Nothing happens when I click “Connect”
Please check your browser’s Pop-up Blocker. Eklipse needs to open a pop-up window to verify your Twitch credentials. Allow pop-ups for Eklipse.gg and try again.
“Connection Failed” Error
This usually happens if you are logged into a different Twitch account in your browser. Log out of Twitch.tv, then try clicking “Connect” on Eklipse again.
My streams aren’t processing after connecting
Ensure that “Store past broadcasts” is enabled in your Twitch Stream Settings. Eklipse needs the VOD (Video on Demand) to generate clips.
