If you purchased your Eklipse Premium subscription using PayPal and need to cancel your plan, you can do so quickly and easily right from your Eklipse dashboard.
Follow these steps to cancel your active subscription:
1. Open Your Profile: Log in to the Eklipse website and click on your Profile icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Go to Membership: Select Membership from the drop-down menu. This will redirect you to your account’s Membership Page.
3. Cancel Subscription: Locate and click the Cancel Subscription button. You will be prompted to fill out a quick cancellation reason form.
4. Confirm Cancellation: Once the form is filled out, tap Confirm Cancellation to finalize the process.
