After your stream ends, Eklipse AI goes to work analyzing your VOD to find the best highlights. Depending on the length of your stream, this usually takes just a few minutes, but longer broadcasts will take a bit more time.
Here are the easiest ways to check if your clips are ready:
1. Wait for the Notification (Easiest)
You don’t need to stare at the screen! Once the AI has finished processing your stream, Eklipse will automatically send you an email notification letting you know your clips are ready. You will also see an in-app notification bell light up on the platform.
2. Check the Web Dashboard
If you are using Eklipse on your desktop browser, simply navigate to your Video Library > Streams. If you don’t see your recent stream yet, try refreshing your browser page.
3. Check the Mobile App
If you are checking on the go via the iOS or Android app, navigate to the Homepage or your Library screen. Pull down on the screen to refresh the app and fetch the latest processing updates.
Troubleshooting: Is your stream taking too long?
While most streams process quickly, occasional delays happen. If your stream seems stuck or delayed:
- Wait 1 Hour: Give the system at least an hour, especially if your stream was over 4 hours long.
- Refresh: Force refresh your web dashboard or pull down to refresh the mobile app.
- Re-import: If it has been stuck for over an hour with no progress, try deleting the processing task and manually re-importing the VOD link.
⏳ Processing Taking Over an Hour? #
Heavy server traffic or massive VOD files can sometimes cause a delay. If your stream has been stuck processing for more than 60 minutes, try these steps:
- Hard Refresh: Press Ctrl+F5 on Web, or swipe down on Mobile.
- Manual Re-import: Cancel the current process and paste your Twitch/Kick VOD link to try again.
