If the AI added some funny moments but you want a more serious, clean highlight—or if you simply want to stop memes from appearing in your edited clips altogether—you can easily turn off the meme template option before finalizing your video.
Here is how to remove or change the memes:
- Open the Editor: Go to your Library and open your desired clip in the Editor.
- Find the Templates: On the right-hand panel, look for the Template or Meme Style section.
- Change the Layout: To remove the memes entirely, select “No Template” or simply choose a basic layout (like a standard Facecam + Gameplay split) instead of a meme one.
- Export: Click save or export to render your clip again.
This will instantly remove the meme overlays, sound effects, and captions from your final edit, leaving you with pure gameplay!
You’re in Control! #
If you like a template but just want to remove one specific element (like a loud sound effect or a giant sticker), you don’t have to delete the whole layout! Just use the timeline at the bottom of the editor to click and delete individual meme elements.
