- Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions: Sometimes strict email filters accidentally catch our automated reset links. Be sure to check all of your alternative inbox folders.
- Search your inbox: Use your email provider’s search bar to look for “Eklipse” or “[email protected]” to see if the message got buried.
- Whitelist our emails: Add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email contacts or safe sender list to ensure our messages don’t get filtered out.
- Request another reset: Head back to the login page and try requesting another password reset. It can occasionally take a few minutes for the server to send the email.
- Try a different device: If you still don’t see it, try checking your email client on a different device or browser to rule out a local syncing issue.

If you originally signed up for Eklipse using the Twitch, Discord, or Google login buttons, you don’t actually have a standard password to reset! Try going back to the login page and clicking the specific social platform you use to stream.
