- Schedule Separately for Each Platform
Post the same clip individually to TikTok, YouTube, or other accounts instead of all at once. This helps you see if the issue is specific to one platform. - Check Your Content Publisher
Look at each scheduled post to see where the black screen appears. If it only happens on one platform, you’ve isolated the problem. - Contact Support if Needed
If the black screen persists on a platform, reach out to Eklipse support. Provide details like, which platform is affected and any error messages you see.
