Want every kill, streak, and win from your Call of Duty games, including Modern Warfare, Black Ops, Warzone, and Vanguard, saved by Eklipse AI clip maker? Use this checklist to set up your stream correctly. It covers the right setup, overlay placement, and in-game settings so Eklipse AI never misses your best moments.
✅ 1. Confirm Call of Duty Is Supported #
Eklipse only works if the game is supported in its system. Check the Eklipse Supported Games List and confirm Call of Duty is included.
✅ 2. Select the Correct Game Category #
Eklipse detects highlights based on the game category you stream under. If your stream isn’t tagged as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Warzone, Black Ops 7, or Black Ops 6, highlights won’t be captured. Follow this step to set the correct game category.
Twitch #
- Go to Creator Dashboard → Click Stream Manager
- Edit “Stream Info”
- Set the category to the specific Call of Duty title you are playing
YouTube #
- Open YouTube Studio → Go Live
- Choose “Stream” → Click Edit
- Set Category to Gaming
- Enter the specific Call of Duty title as the game name
Facebook Gaming #
- Start Live Stream
- Under Gaming, select the specific Call of Duty title
✅ 3. Keep Your Call of Duty HUD Clear #
Eklipse detects highlights by reading your in-game HUD. If the HUD is blocked or hidden, some clips may not register.
Keep these visible:
- Kill feed (top-right)
- Health and armor/shield bar (bottom-left)
- Weapon and ammo count (bottom-right)
Okay to cover:
- Chat box
- Minimap (optional, but clearer if visible)
- Scoreboard or match results
Recommended Stream Overlays #
Correct overlay placement is critical — if your facecam or alerts cover Call of Duty’s HUD, Eklipse won’t detect highlights.
DO: #
- Facecam in top-center or bottom-center (safe zones, no HUD there)
- Alerts in top-center (above minimap/kill feed) or bottom-center (above health bar)
- All HUD essentials (kill feed, minimap, health, ammo) stay visible

DON’T: #
- Facecam in top-right → covers kill feed
- Facecam in bottom-left → covers health & armor bar
- Alerts in top-left → block minimap
- Widgets in bottom-right → cover weapon ammo HUD
- Overlays at top-center (if too low) → hide scoreboard banner

✅ 4. Set Stream Visibility to Public #
Eklipse cannot process Private or Unlisted streams. Always set your stream to Public before you go live.

How to set your stream to Public: #
- Click your profile icon (top-right) and go to Creator Dashboard
- In the left sidebar, select Settings > Stream
- Scroll down until you find the Public Stream option
✅ 5. Use Correct Language and HUD Settings #
For the best detection accuracy, keep Call of Duty on default settings.
- In-game language: English
- HUD and kill feed: default style and colors
- Avoid mods or overlays that change or hide HUD elements
