We understand it’s frustrating when you finish a great stream and don’t see your VOD ready for clipping. Most of the time, this happens because of a setting on your streaming platform. Here’s how to fix it:
1. Enable VOD Storage #
• Twitch: Go to Settings > Stream and turn on “Store past broadcasts.”
• Kick: VOD storage is enabled by default.
2. Make sure VODs are Public #
Eklipse cannot access subscriber-only, private, or unpublished VODs.
3. Allow Processing Time #
After your stream ends, it may take a few minutes (up to 30) for your VOD to appear on the dashboard.
By checking these settings, your Twitch or Kick VODs will appear automatically, ready for clipping with Eklipse.
