You can track the progress of your Pro Edit order at any time directly through your Eklipse dashboard!
Here is how to check your current order status:
- Sign in: Log in to your account at app.eklipse.gg.
- Navigate to your orders: On the left-hand menu, go to Edits, then click on Pro Edits to see a full list of your current and past orders.
- Check the label: Each order will display a clear status label next to it so you know exactly what phase your video is in:
- Requested: Our team has received your order and your video is currently being edited.
- Completed: The project is finished, approved, and ready for you to download!
- Watch for updates: You don’t have to refresh the page constantly! Eklipse will automatically notify you on the platform and via email the moment your order status changes.

Check Your Spam Folder! #
We will always send you an email the absolute second your final Pro Edit is ready to download. If you haven’t seen an update in a few days, make sure to check your spam or promotions folder just in case our notification got caught in the filter!
