We know you’re ready to unlock all the Premium tools and start creating better clips. Sometimes features don’t activate immediately after subscribing, but this can be fixed quickly.

Steps to unlock Eklipse Premium features: #

1. Refresh your account by logging out and logging back in to force a sync with our servers.
2. Restore purchases on mobile by opening the Eklipse app, going to Settings, and tapping “Restore Purchases.”
3. Reprocess existing clips to apply Premium benefits like 1080p and no watermark to clips made before subscribing.
