I am an active Premium+ YouTube member, but why haven’t my credits been upgraded?

If you are an active Premium+ YouTube member (purchased before 2024), you will automatically receive a free upgrade to our new plan’s credit benefit. The upgrade to 600 minutes for the special monthly Premium plan at $15.99 will come into effect during your second billing cycle, and the upgrade to 7200 minutes for the annual Premium plan at $99.99 will be active starting on January 2nd.
