I purchased the plan during the lock price campaign (15-31st Dec), but why haven’t my credits been upgraded?

If you made a purchase during our promotion (15th Dec. – 31st Dec. 2023), the upgrade to 600 minutes for the special monthly Premium plan at $15.99 will come into effect during your second billing cycle.

Regarding the upgrade to 7200 minutes for the annual Premium plan at $99.99, it will be active starting on January 2nd. So, stick with us to enjoy your reward!
