For Eklipse to pull your stream: please ensure that your VOD is set to Public and the ‘Store Past Broadcasts’ option is enabled on your Twitch account. Kindly find and enable it from your Twitch account on desktop by following these steps:

• Go to your Creator dashboard.
• Navigate to Settings.
• Select Stream.
• Under VOD settings, turn on the ‘Store past broadcasts’ option, Always Publish VODs

Now that you’ve saved it, after you complete your next streaming session, it’ll be saved on Twitch, and we can then pull that saved stream (as a past broadcast) to Eklipse. This way, it can be processed into clips as well. Please wait for approx. 20 mins after you finish streaming for Eklipse to pull VODs Make sure to stream for around 15 minutes and not longer than 3 hours (if free user), set to public (not subs only), within 14 days.
