Upgrading or downgrading your Eklipse Premium plan works the same across all platforms. Canceling your subscription has different steps depending on where you purchased.
To Upgrade or Downgrade: #
1. Go to your Account Settings on the Eklipse website.
2. Hover over the “Premium Plan” tab to find the “Adjust your plan” section.
3. Choose your desired new plan and click “Adjust plan”.
To Cancel on Desktop: #
1. Navigate to Account Settings > Premium Plan.
2. Find the drop-down icon and click “Cancel your Subscription”.
3. Even after cancellation, you will retain access to your Premium benefits until the end of your current billing period.
