Why the replay library is not global yet
TikTok's public developer docs expose authorized creators' public videos, but they do not document a commercial endpoint for searching every creator's LIVE replays. We will add connected-account browsing only after the API and replay classification work reliably.

Why is my replay missing or unavailable?
