Three ways in

Everything below reaches the same team. Naming the topic in your subject line helps it land in the right place. If your question is about how a feature works, the help center already answers most of them, including connecting a channel, how highlights get generated, and how Eklipse Studio works.

If you want to check who you are writing to first: Eklipse has been on the Apple App Store since April 2023 and passed 100K installs on Google Play, both public listings under each store's review policy.

Account access, billing, a stream that produced no clips, or a Twitch, Kick, or YouTube connection that dropped. The Discord is where the team and other streamers answer in public. Keep anything tied to your account or payment details to email.

Common questions before you write

Where is Eklipse located?
Eklipse runs as an online service, so there is no walk-in office or public counter. Everything goes through email at [email protected] and the Eklipse Discord, and the team answers in public in both. If you need registered company details for a legal, tax, or billing matter, ask by email and we will send them.
How do I contact Eklipse support?
Join the Eklipse Discord for general questions, or email [email protected] for anything tied to your account, your billing, or a clip that never arrived. The help center covers connecting a channel, how highlights are generated, and how Eklipse Studio works.
How do I report a bug?
Post it in the Eklipse Discord with the platform you were on (web, iOS, or Android), the game, and roughly when the stream ran. That is usually enough to reproduce it. If the bug involves your account or your payment details, email [email protected] instead so nothing private ends up in a public channel.
How do I request a feature?
Post it in the Eklipse Discord. The roadmap is built from that channel and from public reviews. Voice Command, Kick support, and console streamer support all started as user requests.
Is Eklipse a real company?
Yes. Eklipse has run as a service since 2022. It has been listed on the Apple App Store since April 2023 and rates 3.9 from 1,091 ratings there, 4.0 from 1,320 reviews with more than 100,000 downloads on Google Play, and 4.1 from 917 reviews on Trustpilot.
