When you submit a request for Premium Edit, there is a designated space provided where you can communicate specific instructions to the editing team. We have a 3-day turnaround policy, but we typically aim to deliver the results within 24 hours. However, please note that it may take longer to deliver on weekends.
If I don't like the end result of my video, are revisions accepted?
We will only consider revisions for videos that contain significant errors such as poor image quality, formatting issues, or inappropriate edits. Additionally, we can only provide one round of revisions and we only accept revision requests within 7 days from the date of delivery
Can I get a refund if I have already paid for the PRO edit?
All purchases (Pro Edit) that have been processed are non-refundable.
