Eklipse Battlefield 6 VIP Pass – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the Battlefield 6 VIP Pass (“VIP Pass”). By purchasing or using a VIP Pass, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

What is the VIP Pass?

  • The VIP Pass is a one-time purchase.
  • It allows you to submit Battlefield 6 gameplay for processing on eklipse.gg.
  • Your submissions will receive priority processing, ensuring faster highlight creation.

Premium Subscription Requirement

The VIP Pass is only valid in conjunction with an active eklipse.gg Premium subscription.

  • You must maintain an active Premium subscription to purchase and use the VIP Pass.
  • If your Premium subscription expires, any unused VIP Passes will remain in your account but cannot be redeemed until your Premium subscription is reactivated.

Sales and Refund Policy

  • All sales of the VIP Pass are final.
  • Purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the payment method (Stripe, PayPal, Apple, or Google).

Availability

The VIP Pass is available for purchase as a one-time offer from October 10, 2025, through November 11, 2025.

Special Promotions and Offers

The following promotions apply, provided that you maintain an active Premium subscription as outlined in Section 2:

  • Automatic Access for Annual Premium Members:
     Users with an active annual Premium subscription will automatically receive the Battlefield 6 VIP Pass at no additional cost.

  • Promotional Offer for Existing Premium Members:
     Users who have an active Premium subscription on September 29, 2025, will automatically receive one VIP Pass for free.

  • Clarification on Re-purchasing:
     If a user receives a free Pass under this promotion but later cancels their Premium subscription (e.g., on or after October 12, 2025), the free Pass will become inactive. To purchase a new VIP Pass during the sales window, the user must first resubscribe to an active Premium plan.

Post-Promotion Access:
 After November 11, 2025, the VIP Pass will no longer be sold. Instead, all Premium subscribers will receive access to Battlefield 6 processing as part of their subscription, with no separate Pass required.
