You don’t need to install any software. Eklipse is a cloud-based software, Our cloud-based solution means you don’t have to download anything and you will get AI-generated clips in the same quality as the VOD/stream video we receive (up to 1080p, with premium). Eklipse works perfectly seamless on any device.

Try clicking the “Pull Manually” button. Eklipse is retrieving your streams from the last 14 days.

Note that:
– Your VODs should not be private.
– Your VODs should be shorter than 5 hours. Our current server setup is constrained to processing footage from under 5 hours.
– Your streams should not be older than 14 days.

This may take a while, depending on your bandwidth and/or our server traffic.
